Roy Park, President, The Park Group . . .
“Pam amazes me with her ability to recognize and identify problems or hurdles, and to formulate efficient, often novel, and savvy ways of approaching and surmounting roadblocks, be they personal or professional.”

Pam has been selected as one of “The World’s Greatest Business Mentors” and co-authored a bestselling book, Create the Business Breakthrough You Want: Secrets and Strategies from the World’s Greatest Mentors. The manuscript was written in collaboration with business gurus Brian Tracy, Mark Victor Hansen, and Robert G. Allen. Prior to founding Smart WorkLife Solutions, Pam had a successful 20+ year career in financial services as an insurance executive and Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for the U.S. operations of a multinational company. She added value to strategic planning, led change, inspired trust and broad-based action, and built successful teams. Pam served as a member of a three person board which governed the company for a period of time, pending the hiring of a President.

At the same time, Pam was no stranger to balancing work and family. While she was managing a successful business career, Pam also found time to raise a family and run six days a week . . . she has been an avid runner for 30 years. When you add a little mountain climbing, scuba diving, skydiving, and gardening, you have a pretty clear picture of her life. Pam believes that the key to putting it all together is to have a clear picture of priorities, be very organized, keep growing, and she lives her life by these standards.

Pam is a Certified Professional Organizer®, a graduate of Coach U (an International Coach Federation accredited school), and has completed training as a Life Strategist with the same individual who trained Dr. Phil.  She is affiliated with CoachVille, the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), NAPO's Golden Circle, and the Christian Professional Organizers.  She earned a Bachelors degree from Drake University, and NASD Licenses: Series 6 & 63.

If you are looking for an expert to help you get organized, someone who possesses high standards of personal and professional ethics, a thorough understanding of the world as a business professional, and managing everyday life, Pam has the wisdom, experience, and know-how you need. She is dedicated to having you accomplish the goals you seek.
